3. 고속도로 휴게소에 종합 안내소라고 있는 곳이 있다. pc사용, 복사, 팩스, 핸드폰 충전, 전화, 관광안내 등 편의 시설이 잘 되어 있어 출장 중, 여행 중 급히 해결할 수 있다. 모든 휴게소에 설치되어 있지 않으니 확인이 필요하다.
4. 모바일팩스 휴대폰에 "모바일팩스"라고 하는 앱을 다운로드 받으면 된다. 앱 다운→전체동의→휴대폰번호 신규 가입→휴대폰 번호 인증→팩스번호 입력→사진/문서 첨부→팩스발송, 발송 완료 후 15분 정도 지나서 수신 확인하는 것이 좋다. 팩스가 잘 도착하면 팩스 수신 내역도 확인할 수 있다.
